Do you have a guaranteed delivery timeline?
Usually, the answer is yes. Shipping always takes a bit longer during the holiday season, however, and we’re expecting more delays this year as a result of COVID. Unfortunately, this means we cannot guarantee Ground Delivery timelines at this time. Choosing an expedited shipping option is usually the safest bet to ensure you meet your deadlines during the holidays.

Do you do rush orders?
Yes! We will work as hard as we can to meet your deadline with no extra fees. We can always push standard turnaround times with socks, but some of our other items might have some limitations. Check with your Account Manager for current capacity.
What is your rush fee?
$0! We never charge rush fees. We may have to upgrade your shipping method to accommodate your deadline, but we will not charge rush fees.
What is your setup fee?
$0! No hidden costs with Sock Club. You pay for your products and shipping, and that’s it!

We ship out samples using USPS First Class Mail. That means around 2-4 business days for US addresses and 1-2 weeks for international addresses.
