    • What sizes do you offer?
      Most of our clients order our one-size-fits-most, size Adult Medium. That size fits about 90% of our customers. We also offer adult sizes in Small and Large as well as Infant, Toddler and Youth. View Our Full Size Guide
    • Do you offer custom packaging for the socks?
      Yes! We provide customizable packaging with various style options that will compliment your socks and offer another point of branding! Our custom packaging is a huge value add for our product. We have two main options:
      • a header card option, which wraps around the top of both socks
      • a middle wrap option, which wraps around the middle section of the pair of socks
    • Do you offer special box packaging?
      Yes we do! We offer 1 pair, 2 pair, 3 pair and 4 pair boxes as well as customizable sizes based on your needs.
    • What kind of sock lengths do you offer?
      If you dream it, we can make it! We offer any length of sock, but our most commonly ordered are:
    • Do you make custom athletic socks?
      Yes, we have a few athletic options! We have two main athletic sock options:
      • Our athletic cotton crew, which is a ribbed cotton sock with cushion and compression for extra comfort and support.
      • Our nylon, compression-knit, moisture-wicking athletic socks with a reinforced heel and toe.
    • Do you offer spec samples?
      Yes, for an additional cost and the turn time is 5 days plus shipping from North Carolina. Please keep in mind, when you submit your artwork our design team will create realistic mockups for you, so spec samples are generally not necessary! Please contact your account manager if you are interested in a physical spec sample. We are always happy to send FREE samples of our previous work to show you the quality of our product, specific yarn colors, or sock types. Just let us know! 
    • How do I start a new order?
      You can start a new order by requesting free designs or using our sock design tool!
    • What is your minimum?
      Our minimum order quantity for our best selling combed cotton crew sock is 60 pairs per size, per design. Our minimum is different depending on which product you are ordering. Check out all of our products minimums and pricing on our quote tool!
    • What colors do you offer?
      We have developed a palette of over 50 colors of yarn that we keep in stock in our knitting facility, which may be viewed in our Sock Design Guide, that work perfectly for 99% of our clients. View all colors
    • What materials are your socks made of?
      We offer a variety of yarns to match your project needs. Our most popular item, our cotton sock, contains 75% Cotton, 21% Nylon and 4% Lycra.
    • Is design assistance included in the price of the socks?
      Yes! Our in-house textile designers are a free resource for you throughout the design process. We are more than happy to assist you with your design for no additional charge.
    • How long does it take to get my sock designs?
      We ideally aim to have your custom designs ready in 2-3 business days, depending on capacity. Quick/same-day design turnaround is possible – just let us know so we can help you meet your deadline.
    • My design has a different left and right sock, is this possible to do?
      We can certainly do that! We call it mismatched pairs. However, these orders have a minimum total quantity of 120 pairs. Since mismatched socks have 2 different designs, you have to meet our 60 pair minimum per design.
    • Can I design my own socks?
      Yes! There are a few ways to design your own socks!

    • What is a design preview?
      A design preview is a version of your sock design that might not be fully able to knit. Our design team will need to review your design and fine tune it so that our knitting machines are able to make your custom socks. You will see a button that says "Request Proof" on your sock design page and our design team will have a production ready design back to you within a few hours. Once that final version is ready, you'll be able to add your socks to your cart and checkout!
    • Can you knit my logo in the cuff?

      Unfortunately, we are not able to put the logo in the cuff portion of the sock. The cuff is knit with an entirely different process than the body of the sock and cannot take any patterning other than horizontal stripes. Not only do cuff designs become less legible, they also are at the point of the sock that stretches the most rendering any design work to lose its integrity. We, however, can put your logo just below the cuff!
    • Why does my logo/artwork look pixelated?
      Our designers create a production-ready design by translating your logo and/or artwork into pixels. One pixel equals one stitch of yarn. You may notice that the edges of your artwork have zig-zag lines, but these are smoothed out from design to final product.
    • Can I request revisions or changes to my design?
      Absolutely! On each individual design page, you can request revisions that will go straight to your designer to view. They will make the changes and send back the updated designs, usually within the same day!

    • What is your typical lead time?
      Our standard production timeline is 5-7 business days or fewer, plus your desired shipping option. Actual production estimate will be given when order has been approved. We can always make rush orders happen with no fees – just ask!
    • Can I do a rush order?
      Most certainly! We do our best to meet any deadline and we never charge rush fees. Message us to make sure that we can get your order in right away!
    • Where are your socks manufactured? Where is the origin point for shipping?
      North Carolina, USA. The heart of textile manufacturing in America!
    • Do you ship internationally?
      Yes! Please keep in mind that shipping costs are often higher due to international shipping, customs, VAT, or duty fees. These are calculated on a case-by-case basis. We are also NAFTA compliant.
    • Will I get tracking information for my order?
      Tracking details will be available on your order status page once your order has shipped! We will also send them out via email.
    • Can we ship using our own shipping account?
      Definitely can! You can choose the option to ship on your own account at checkout.
    • How do I pay?
      Once you approve your order, we will automatically generate an invoice for you! We accept payment in the form of credit card, ACH transfer, or check.

      For invoices over $4,000 will have an additional 3.5% credit card processing fee. To pay this, let your account manager know you want to pay by credit card, or contact us at (512) 981-6437. To avoid this fee, you can mail a check or pay through ACH bank transfer.
    • How much do socks cost?
