If you need your samples expedited, just include your shipper number and we will make sure they arrive on time. We can even ship samples blind directly to your clients. All samples are shipped within 1 business day.
Got a rush project? No problem! We will work as hard as we can to meet your deadline, and we never charge rush fees. Our standard turn times vary by product – contact your dedicated Account Manager for specific requests.

Our minimum for our best-selling Flagship Cotton Crew is 60 pairs, which is the lowest for knitted socks in the industry.

Do you do rush orders?
Yes! We will work as hard as we can to meet your deadline with no extra fees. We can always push standard turnaround times with socks, but some of our other items might have some limitations. Check with your Account Manager for current capacity.
What is your rush fee?
$0! We never charge rush fees. We may have to upgrade your shipping method to accommodate your deadline, but we will not charge rush fees.
What is your setup fee?
$0! No hidden costs with Sock Club. You pay for your products and shipping, and that’s it!

Can I ship on my account?
For orders under 3,000 pairs – yes! For larger orders that need to ship LTL, we prefer that we organize the shipment so that we can coordinate with the production and delivery facilities for you.
Can you ship internationally?
Absolutely! When shipping international we want to help you get your socks as smoothly and quickly as possible!
By providing Duties and Taxes on your invoice, we give you the ability to prepay all import fees. When your shipment arrives in its international destination, all customs fees will be billed to our account and should accelerate the clearance process. If you would prefer to pay this directly, we can remove it from your invoice and you will be contacted by a broker once the package arrives at its destination.
If you do choose to have us pay the taxes on your behalf and are subsequently charged any fees, please let us know.
Also note, the D&T we have quoted is an estimate based off of rates today. The actual rate will be based upon the Customs Agent assessing your shipment.
To further speed the clearance process, please provide your Tax ID, EORI, or VAT number as well as a phone number and contact details of the recipient in the destination country.
We have standard yarn colors that we carry so that we can make your socks as quickly as possible. These colors have fit the needs of the thousands of brands that we have made custom socks for, so we are confident that they will work for your clients.
If your client’s branding requires a specific color that we do not have on hand, we can work to create a custom color with you. This costs a non-refundable $350, and adds at least 2 weeks to your production timeline.
While we do offer a full size range, we recommend our One Size Fits Most option for most Adult Orders.
Our One Size Fits Most sock is a unisex option that fits Women’s Size 6 – Men’s Size 12.
For orders under 1200 pairs, we do not recommend mixing sizes. One of the benefits of socks is that you do not end up with the stragglers on each end of the size spectrum like you do with t-shirts, and our OSFM option truly does fit almost everyone.
If you decide to mix sizes, you need to meet our minimum per size, per design, per colorway.
Because we started as a sock subscription in 2012, we have been shipping to thousands of individual addresses every month for almost 10 years.
All you have to do is provide us with a mailing list formatted to our specifications, and we will take care of the rest. We have options for shipping using the best price, the fastest timeline, or the best international option. Ask your Account Manager for more information.
We offer some standard kit options, like our Return To Work Essentials Kit and our Work From Home Care Package Kit (found in our catalog), but we encourage you to build a box that makes sense for your client’s needs.
We can easily kit any of the items that you find in our catalog into individual shipments for you, or we can kit them and then send them to your client in bulk.
If you have a product that you are sourcing elsewhere, we are happy to include that item in a kit for you. Special pricing and restrictions may apply for hazardous material, including items made with flammable ingredients, or using batteries.
We ship out samples using USPS First Class Mail. That means around 2-4 business days for US addresses and 1-2 weeks for international addresses.
