Facebook is one of the largest multi-national corporations in existence today. However, the Facebook employment philosophy is one of freedom and creativity. How does such a large company create an environment that functions in such a free manner? By spreading offices out across the globe, and concentrating specialized efforts into small teams. When Sunrise Identity, Facebook's marketing partner, was looking for holiday gift ideas for Facebook's Infrastructure team in New York, they called on Sock Club to create holiday custom sock designs that incorporated elements of what the Infrastructure team does, as well as the specific branding for that Facebook team. These branded socks were handed out to employees at the company's holiday party in 2019.
