Is the design service actually free?

Yes, completely. Our design team creates your mockup at no charge and revises it as many times as needed. There's no fee unless you place a production order.

What makes your designers different from a generic tool?

Our designers specialize in sock design specifically — they understand how artwork translates to knit construction at the yarn level. Generic tools and generalist designers can't optimize for that.

What file formats do you accept?

AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, and JPG. Vector files (.AI, .EPS) give the sharpest results at the knit level, but rasters work too — we'll flag anything that needs adjustment.

What if my logo is detailed or uses gradients?

Complex details and gradients often need adaptation for knitting. Our designers will show you the simplified version in the mockup and explain why — it's part of our standard process.

How many colors can I use?

Up to 8 colors per design for our standard crew sock, matched from 62 in-stock yarn colors. Our team matches your brand palette as closely as possible.
