Who are the designers?

Our design team is a group of full-time employees based in Austin, Texas. They specialize in custom sock design specifically, which means they know how to optimize artwork for knitting at the yarn level — something most generalist designers can't do.

Is the design really free?

Yes. There are no design fees, no setup fees, and no commitment required. We create your mockup for free and only charge when you place a production order.

What if I don't like the first mockup?

Just tell us what you'd like changed. Revisions are unlimited and free, whether you want a color swap, a layout adjustment, or a full redesign from scratch. We iterate until you're happy.

What file formats work best?

Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF, .SVG) give the sharpest results. High-resolution .PNG or .JPG files also work well. If your file needs adjustment, your designer will let you know.

Can the designers handle complex logos or patterns?
