Sock Club Named One of PPAI's Greatest Companies To Work For in 2026
Sock Club
September 2, 2026
We're proud to share that Sock Club has been named one of Promotional Products Association International's (PPAI) Greatest Companies To Work For in 2026, recognized among the Top Midsize Companies (26–75 employees) in the branded merchandise industry.
This one means a lot to us because of how it's decided. PPAI's Greatest Companies To Work For isn't based on revenue, growth, or how big a splash a company makes at Expo. It's based entirely on direct, anonymous feedback from employees, scored across five areas: benefits, resources, culture, leadership, and direction. In other words, it's not what we say about ourselves. It's what our team says about working here.
Why Culture Shows Up in Every Pair of Socks
At Sock Club, we've always believed that how we treat our own people shows up in the work we ship. Our socks are knit at domestic mills, our team answers the phone, and we'd rather tell a client the truth about a timeline than overpromise. That mindset doesn't happen by accident. It comes from a workplace where people feel trusted, supported, and know their work matters.
Being named to PPAI's list is a reflection of that: a team that shows up, cares about the outcome, and isn't afraid to tell an outside surveyor exactly how it feels to work here. As one team member put it in this year's survey:
“Sock Club is an exceptional place to work. I feel consistently motivated and supported to bring my best every day, in a role that aligns beautifully with my interests and strengths while still pushing me to think creatively and solve problems. What I appreciate most is the leadership's open-door approach and the company-wide practice of celebrating wins together. It creates a real sense of team.”
Another employee, who's been with Sock Club for more than seven years, shared:
“Sock Club is night and day compared to when I first started. We have hired incredible people who are smart, thoughtful and intentional, which has been the backbone of our growing success. I am excited to see where Sock Club is headed in the future.”
What This Means For Our Partners
If you're a distributor, brand marketer, or organization choosing a supplier for custom socks or any branded merchandise, workplace culture might not be the first thing on your checklist. But it's one of the best predictors of reliability you'll find. Teams that are engaged and well-supported tend to have lower turnover, fewer dropped balls in production, and more willingness to problem-solve creatively when something unexpected comes up. That consistency is exactly what we aim to bring to every order, every reorder, and every relationship we build.
We're grateful to our team for making this possible, and to PPAI for continuing to shine a light on what actually makes this industry great: the people behind the product.
