What is the minimum order quantity?
Most styles start at 30 pairs per design. Quantity breaks kick in as you order more, so the per-pair price drops significantly at higher volumes. If you need fewer than 30 pairs, reach out and we can sometimes accommodate smaller runs depending on the style.
How much does design cost?
Design is always free. Our in-house team will work with your logo, brand guidelines, or rough idea and turn it into a production-ready sock design, usually within 1–3 business days. You can also use our online sock creator or download Photoshop/Illustrator templates if you prefer to design it yourself.
How long does production take?
Standard production is 5 business days or fewer from design approval, plus shipping time. Rush orders are available at no extra charge, and same-day design turnarounds are possible if needed.
What sizes are available?
Most orders use One-Size-Fits-Most (adult medium), which fits roughly men's shoe size 6–12. We also offer sizes from infant through large adult. A full sizing chart is available on our website, and we're happy to help you choose the right fit for your audience.
Do you offer custom packaging?
Yes. We offer branded packaging in 1, 2, 3, and 4-pair box configurations, and can accommodate custom sizes on request. Packaging can include your logo, a custom message, a QR code, or other brand elements. It is a great fit for gifting, retail, or corporate orders.
