How does the free design process work?
Upload your logo, artwork, or rough idea and tell us what you have in mind. Our in-house team will create a custom sock design within 1–3 business days, then work with you on revisions at no charge.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. You can request a free sample pack to review our knit quality, colors, and materials before ordering. The samples show past work rather than a custom pre-production sample of your design.
Can you accommodate a specific event date?
Usually, yes. Share your event date when you request a design so our team can account for design, production, and shipping time. We will confirm the timeline with you before you place the order.
How long does production take?
It depends which production run you choose: Flagship ships in 3 business days, Choice in 10, and Economy in 25. Lead times start once you approve your design, and transit is on top. Your designer will confirm the schedule before your order moves into production.
Can you match my brand colors?
Yes. Share your brand guidelines, Pantone values, or color references and our designers will select the closest available yarn colors. You can review every color in your proof before approving the design.
Can I add a logo to the leg or foot?
Yes. Your logo or artwork can be knitted into the leg, cuff, or foot panel. Our design team will recommend the placement and scale that keeps it clear and recognizable.
Will I see a proof before production begins?
Yes. We will send you a digital proof showing the design, colors, and placement. Production begins only after you approve it, and you can request revisions before approval at no charge.
How many colors can I use in my design?
You can build your design from more than 60 available yarn colors. The ideal number depends on the artwork, so our designers will help simplify or adjust your palette when needed to keep every detail crisp.
Do you offer custom packaging?
Yes. Choose a custom header card, which is a branded card attached to the top of each pair, or a custom middle wrap, which is a branded paper band wrapped around the socks. For a 120-pair order, header cards add $1.43 per pair and middle wraps add $1.79 per pair. We also offer standard 1-pair, 2-pair, 3-pair, and 4-pair boxes, plus custom-sized boxes. Add your logo, a message, a QR code, or other brand details for gifts, retail, or events.
