Our new user accounts are finally here! These new user accounts will allow you to keep track of past and current projects, easily reorder, quickly start new projects, and much more! If you are an existing customer, then this video will help walk you through requesting free sock designs in your new user account. If you are a new client, we’re excited to work with you! You can get started by sending us your logo here, using our 3D DIY Sock Design Builder, or downloading our free sock design templates. Let’s get started designing some awesome custom socks!
Login to your user account here and click the red “Start New Design” button in the upper right. Decide if you want to request free designs from our in-house team of designers, or build your own using our free 3D DIY Sock Design Builder and click the red “Get Started” button. If you’re requesting free designs, skip to Step #3.
If you’re using the 3D DIY Sock Design Builder, then upload a high-resolution file of your logo that’s under 10MB in size. A transparent PNG is great, but if you don’t have that, then don’t worry! We can remove the background for you. Next, choose the location of your logo on your sock design. You can choose between calf, footbed, both, or repeating. Then, choose from our collection of sock design templates. They’re sorted by categories like fun and holiday to help you choose the perfect design for you and your use case. Lastly, change the colors of your sock design template by either clicking the shuffle button at the top or selecting each individual color in the bottom left. We have over 50 different yarn colors to help you match almost any branding guidelines. Once you’re happy with your custom logo sock design, then click “Save Design” and it will be sent to our team of sock designers for final review. You can track the progress of this design in the “Designs” section of your user account.
If you’re choosing to request free designs from our team of in-house sock designers, be sure to select “Request Free Designs” and then, “Get Started”. Next, add the products (such as our best-selling Cotton Crew or staff favorite Athletic Cotton Crew) you’d like to see designs for. Then, upload your logo and provide any design direction notes for our sock designers. Lastly, click the red “Submit” button and you’re done. It’s that easy! You can also track these design submissions in the “Designs” section of your user account.
