OFFICIAL RULES - MARCH MADNESS SOCK DESIGN CONTEST

OVERVIEW

Sock Club's March Madness Design Contest (the "Contest") gives participants the chance to compete for a $500 prize and a free order of socks through a bracket-style competition determined by public voting.

ELIGIBILITY

Open to customers from all countries, legally 18 years of age and older.
New and Current Sock Club customers are eligible to submit photos of their new or existing sock designs
Void where prohibited by law
No limit on number of submissions per person
Previous sock order recipients eligible to submit

CONTEST PERIOD

Get Designs and Submission Period: March 11th through March 24, 2025
Voting Period: Begins immediately upon submission
Sweet Sixteen Voting Period: March 25th - March 27th 3/27
Sweet Sixteen Winners win Free Header Cards!
Elite 8 Voting Period: March 28th - March 31st
Final Four Voting Period: April 1st through April 3rd. 
Championship Round: April 4th through April 7th. 
Winner Announced: April 8th
4/15: Winner Follow Up with Actual Socks in hand

HOW TO ENTER

Choose one of two options:
"Get free designs" - Let our expert design team create designs for you or use our 3D builder to make your own designs! 
"I have my designs already" - Submit your completed design
Multiple submissions are allowed (refresh landing page for additional entries)
Existing customers can submit photos of their current Sock Club designs
After March 24, submission entries will close.DESIGN OPTIONS & ASSISTANCE

Use any sock chassis style (crew, athletic, etc.)
3D builder assistance available through tutorial video
Design team support available for all participants
All sock styles and templates are eligible for submission

VOTING SYSTEM

Voting begins as soon as designs are submitted
Participants are encouraged to share their designs to gather votes
Early submission provides more time to accumulate votes
Public voting will determine advancement through brackets
One vote per person per round
Votes reset each round - make sure to encourage people to keep voting if your design progresses!
Voting will be conducted at custom.sockclub.com/march-madness

PRIZES

Grand Prize Winner receives:
$500 cash prize
One free order of custom socks featuring winning design (60 pairs)
Feature on Sock Club's website and social media
Sweet Sixteen Prize:
Free header cards for your sock designs

GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, participants agree to:
Abide by these Official Rules
Grant Sock Club rights to use submitted designs
Accept judges' and voters' decisions as final
Allow use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes
Sock Club reserves the right to:
Disqualify any entries that violate these rules or infringe upon copyright
Cancel, modify, or suspend the contest at any time
Make final decisions regarding any disputes or issues that arise

WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winner will be notified via email within 1 business days of contest end
Must respond within 72 hours to claim prize
Unclaimed prizes will be awarded to runners-up
