Are your custom socks really made in the USA?
Yes. Our flagship custom socks are knit and finished in North Carolina mills, with cotton sourced and spun in the Southeastern United States and design handled in-house at our Austin, TX studio. Every step of our USA program — from yarn to finished pair — happens on American soil.
What are the minimums for custom socks?
Our standard minimum is 30 pairs per custom design and size, making us one of the lowest-MOQ custom sock manufacturers in the USA. Larger styles like wool and infant socks have slightly higher minimums, and mismatched designs require a 120-pair minimum since they count as two separate designs.
How long does production take?
Most custom socks ship in 3 days from design approval. Rush production is available with no rush fees — just let our team know your in-hands date and we'll work backward from there.
What sizes and lengths do you offer?
Our One-Size-Fits-Most crew fits roughly 90% of adults, and we offer a full size range from infant up through large adult. Crew, ankle, mid-calf, and knee-high are our most popular lengths, with custom silhouettes and athletic builds available on request.
Can I customize the packaging?
Yes. We offer custom hang tags, header cards, polybags, and fully branded boxes in 1, 2, 3, and 4-pair configurations — plus custom-sized boxes for gift sets and retail programs. Our design team can match packaging to your brand and product line.
Do you offer private label sock manufacturing?
Absolutely. We private label for retail brands, e-commerce companies, and resellers — including custom branding, packaging, barcoding, hang tags, and direct-to-consumer drop-shipping and fulfillment, all produced in our USA mill.
What materials do you use?
Our USA-made socks use combed cotton sourced and spun in the Southeastern US (typically a 75% cotton / 21% nylon / 4% Lycra blend), plus nylon-forward performance builds and merino wool options.
How much does design cost?
Design is free. Our in-house team in Austin, TX handles your artwork from logo submission through final approval, and most first drafts come back in 1–3 business days — same-day turnarounds are possible if you give us a heads up.
How many colors can I use, and do you match PMS?
We recommend 5–8 colors per design for the cleanest knit, with more than 50 yarn colors in stock. PMS color matching is available for an additional fee and a small amount of extra lead time.
Are there setup fees or hidden charges?
No setup fees, design fees, rush fees, or per-color fees. Pricing is based on quantity and product type — the only add-ons are optional packaging and shipping.
How do I get started?
