Claire’s upbeat energy and unwavering dedication brings immense value to our Customer Success Team. Her dedication enhances the Sock Club experience for our valued clients. Thrilled to welcome Claire aboard, we took a moment to uncover what makes her truly exceptional!
What is your background prior to Sock Club?
Claire: I previously worked in tech sales in Business Development.
What is your favorite thing about working at Sock Club?
Claire: I have loved getting to know the amazing team! Everyone here is so welcoming and is always there to help with any problems or answer any questions.
What's it like working in Customer Success at Sock Club for someone who wouldn't know at all?
Claire: My job entails being very hands on with customers throughout the buying process, whether that be helping answer questions, assisting with mock up questions, or helping with PO's and building carts so that orders can be placed.
Who or what inspires you?
Claire: My family and friends! I am so lucky to be surrounded by such kind, loving, confident, and hardworking people. They constantly inspire me to grow and learn and become a better version of myself!
What’s the last book you read? Why/what did you learn?
Claire: The Guest List - I learned that I would not make a good detective because I never know what is going to happen at the end of these types of books.
What’s the first concert you ever attended?
Claire: The Jonas Brothers
What’s the next place on your travel bucket list?
Claire: Greece or Spain!
What is something people might not know about you?
Claire: I have a taste aversion to cilantro and can taste and smell it in ANYTHING.
When people talk about the impact you make at Sock Club, what do you want them to say?
Claire: Since our team is brand new, there is a ton of possibility for impact and growth at Sock Club. In the future, I hope that people will say we made a big difference internally and externally by providing great customer interactions, helping reduce headaches in other departments, and assisting with order time and efficiency.
What initiative on another team are you most interested in learning about currently?
Claire: I am always excited to learn about what the design team is up to since they come up with so many amazing designs!
What about your new position or Sock Club in general drew you to apply for the job?
Claire: I was drawn to Sock Club because of the product, the people, and the culture. I think it is so important to be excited about what you get to help build and sell and who doesn't love socks? It is so fun to be a part of a company our size because you have the opportunity to build relationships with everyone and get to understand how the other teams operate and function on a day to day.
