Meet the newest addition to our all-star team, Morgan Waters, our vibrant Customer Success Representative! At Sock Club, we genuinely believe that our team is what makes this place exceptional (that, and our awesome custom socks).

We're passionate about our funky socks and consistently fueled by the incredible individuals we collaborate with. Morgan's enthusiasm and dedication bring a fresh energy to our Customer Success Team, enhancing the Sock Club experience for all our valued customers. We're excited to welcome her to the team and took a moment to sit down and discover more about what makes Morgan truly unique!



SC: What is your background prior to Sock Club?
SC: What is your background prior to Sock Club?
Morgan: Before Sock Club, I was a Sales Development Rep at tech companies.


SC: What's been your favorite thing about working at Sock Club?

Morgan: All of the free socks and wonderful people!


SC: What's it like working in Customer Success at Sock Club for someone who wouldn't know at all?

Morgan: Lots of fun and problem solving as the first line of defense when our customers have a question.

SC: Who or what inspires you?

Morgan: My mom inspires me a ton! She's a single parent and always worked extra hard to give me a great life, which I will forever be grateful for.


SC: What’s the last book you read? Why/what did you learn?

Morgan: The House Maid - I read it as part of a girls book club I'm a part of. Every month we rotate, but it's always fun to read a good thriller/whodunit.



SC: What’s the first concert you ever attended?

Morgan: Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus


SC: What’s the next place on your travel bucket list?

Morgan: Washington/Oregon (in the US) and Greece (not US)


SC: What is something people might not know about you?

Morgan: I'm very active and love to try new things, but I'm always in search of a new show to binge watch.


SC: When people talk about the impact you make at Sock Club, what do you want them to say?

Morgan: I want people to say that I make their lives easier!


SC: What initiative on another team are you most interested in learning about currently?

Morgan: I am really curious about seeing the design process from start to finish!


SC: What about your new position or Sock Club in general drew you to apply for the job?

Morgan: Everybody loves socks! Having a fun product that people get excited about makes the day to day job a lot better.
