Peyton's infectious enthusiasm and commitment infuse a new energy into our Customer Success Team, elevating the Sock Club experience for all our cherished clients. We are thrilled to have Peyton on board, and we took a moment to delve into what makes him truly exceptional!
SC: What is your background prior to Sock Club?
Peyton: Before Sock Club, I spent 3 years in software sales focused on data management, both as a Business Development Representative and Account Executive at Cloudera.
SC: What's been your favorite thing about working at Sock Club?
Peyton: All of the wonderful people!
SC: What's it like working in Customer Success at Sock Club for someone who wouldn't know at all?
Peyton: It is a lot of typing and staring at your computer but you get to help people and work with an awesome group of people!
SC: Who or what inspires you?
Peyton: My dad has always been an inspiration for me. He has worked hard his entire life to give my brothers and I everything we need. His go-to quote is "life is about opportunities" and he made sure we are prepared and equipped when those opportunities come about.
SC: What’s the last book you read? Why/what did you learn?
Peyton: Let the People Pick the President - Always interested in Politics and this book detailed why America should get rid of the electoral college. Super interesting and highlights a lot of issues with our elections.
SC: What’s the first concert you ever attended?
Peyton: Green Day!
SC: What’s the next place on your travel bucket list?
SC: What is something people might not know about you?
Peyton: I have never been outside of the US - don't even have a passport :(
SC: When people talk about the impact you make at Sock Club, what do you want them to say?
Peyton: That I always bring a positive energy into a room or situation.
SC: What initiative on another team are you most interested in learning about currently?
Peyton: The sock designs, especially a mock up from start to finish and the creative thought process that goes into it.
SC: What about your new position or Sock Club in general drew you to apply for the job?
Peyton: The customer success team was being rebuilt and we play a big role in shaping the team.
