For their network of thousands of solar installers and home improvement contractors, Mosaic provides a streamlined financing platform to drive sales growth. 


Since 2012, Mosaic has helped more than 200,000 households switch to sustainable home improvements with its financing products.


Maria Ybarra, Sr. Executive Assistant & Manager of Administrative Services at Mosaic, knows that her team is facing some serious challenges. 


“We are witnessing a pivotal shift in the way we produce, store and consume energy as the world grapples with climate change,” said Ybarra. “This is illustrated by the rapid changes in the American home as consumers increasingly invest in clean and sustainable home improvements. Our priority is keeping up with this growth and demand.”


In order to keep up with this demand, the Mosaic team needs to maintain and cultivate strong relationships with their vendors and partners. One of the tools that they use to accomplish this is branded swag.


“The main goal was to build connections with our partners and help spread the word about our vision,” said Ybarra. “One of our team members used [Sock Club] in the past and said their experience was a good one, so we decided to go with [Sock Club socks] for our product needs. Socks are the number one requested item for swag so they were appreciated by those we gave them to.”


While the fact that our socks are made in the USA was an initial draw, it was the free samples of our past work that ultimately helped Ybarra feel confident about her purchase. “”We appreciated being able to get the samples ahead of time to confirm quality. It was very easy and user-friendly to order products with your team members' assistance,” said Ybarra.
