Going through a rebranding from neuvoo (2011) to Talent.com (2020) in the midst of a global pandemic has challenged the creation of Talent.com’s brand awareness.
In addition, the company is engaging with two distinct audiences: job seekers and employers. Both have completely different interests and they interact with Talent.com in different ways.
When it comes to promotion, Talent.com always has to carefully select where they want to have an impact and how.
