Going through a rebranding from neuvoo (2011) to Talent.com (2020) in the midst of a global pandemic has challenged the creation of Talent.com’s brand awareness. 

In addition, the company is engaging with two distinct audiences: job seekers and employers.  Both have completely different interests and they interact with Talent.com in different ways. 

When it comes to promotion, Talent.com always has to carefully select where they want to have an impact and how.

Sock Club stood out to Viola Frick, Marketing Coordinator at Talent.com, with our ability to ship to various countries, which catered to her department’s needs as a globally active company. After seeing the quality of our free samples in-person, Frick was convinced that Sock Club was the best fit.

The Talent.com team noticed that their Sock Club socks were part of the reason why they generated a high volume of traffic at their booth. The feedback is great, and existing clients often ask about new sock designs to hand out.
