Most of our clients order our one-size-fits-most, size Adult Medium. That size fits about 90% of our customers. We also offer adult sizes in Small and Large as well as Infant, Toddler and Youth.

Yes we do! We offer 1 pair, 2 pair, 3 pair and 4 pair boxes as well as customizable sizes based on your needs.
Yes, for an additional cost. A spec sample typically adds about 2 weeks to production time. Our digital mockups are sufficient for most of our clients, so spec samples are generally not necessary. We are always happy to send some samples of our previous work to show you the quality of our product along with your virtual mockups.
We offer a variety of yarns to match your project needs. Our most popular item, our cotton sock, contains 75% Cotton, 21% Nylon and 4% Lycra.
Yes! Our in-house textile designers are a resource for you throughout the design process. We are more than happy to assist you with your design for no additional charge.
We ideally aim to have your custom designs ready in 2-3 business days, depending on capacity. Quick/same-day design turnaround is possible – just let us know so we can help you meet your deadline.

We can custom dye yarn to match your brand colors, however it does add expense and time to production. We have developed a palette of over 50 colors of yarn that we keep in stock in our knitting facility, which may be viewed in our Sock Design Guide, that work perfectly for 99% of our clients. Just ask for samples from your Account Manager, and we will make sure we get you a match!
We can certainly accommodate orders that feature mismatched pairs. However, these orders have a minimum total quantity of 120 pairs. Since mismatched socks have 2 different designs, you have to meet our 60 pair minimum per design.
Yes! Our design team will provide you with a full deck of custom designs to fit your brand. Design, setup, and revisions are always free!

Top wrap packaging/hang tag and shipping are not included in the cost of the sock. However, we do not charge setup fees and never charge for rush fees!

No. We want to make you the coolest sock possible! The price of the sock is based on the quantity.
We accept payment in the form of credit card, ACH transfer, or check. Any invoices over $4,000 will have an additional 3% credit card processing fee. To avoid this fee, you can mail a check or pay through ACH bank transfer.

We ship out samples using USPS First Class Mail. That means around 2-4 business days for US addresses and 1-2 weeks for international addresses.
