Our minimum order quantity for our best selling combed cotton crew sock is 60 pairs per size, per design. Our minimum order for baby socks is 200 pairs per size, per design.
Most of our clients order our one-size-fits-most, size Adult Medium. That size fits about 90% of our customers. We also offer adult sizes in Small and Large as well as Infant, Toddler and Youth.
Yes! We provide customizable packaging with various style options that will compliment your socks and offer another point of branding! Our custom packaging is a huge value add for our product.
Yes we do! We offer 1 pair, 2 pair, 3 pair and 4 pair boxes as well as customizable sizes based on your needs.
If you dream it, we can make it! We offer any length of sock, but our most commonly ordered are no-show socks, ankle socks, mid-calf or crew length socks or knee high socks.
Yes! We make nylon, compression-knit, moisture-wicking athletic socks with a reinforced heel and toe.
Yes, for an additional cost. A spec sample typically adds about 2 weeks to production time. Our digital mockups are sufficient for most of our clients, so spec samples are generally not necessary. We are always happy to send some samples of our previous work to show you the quality of our product along with your virtual mockups.
We offer a variety of yarns to match your project needs. Our most popular item, our cotton sock, contains 75% Cotton, 21% Nylon and 4% Lycra.
Yes! Our in-house textile designers are a resource for you throughout the design process. We are more than happy to assist you with your design for no additional charge.
We ideally aim to have your custom designs ready in 2-3 business days, depending on capacity. Quick/same-day design turnaround is possible – just let us know so we can help you meet your deadline.
Yes, our templates are available HERE. Go wild! We do recommend that you use our design team as a resource, so that they can help you design something that will knit and wear well.
The short answer is yes, because it is a knitted product. However, our design team makes miracles happen on a daily basis. Send us over your assets and see what we can do – after all, it’s free!
We can custom dye yarn to match your brand colors, however it does add expense and time to production. We have developed a palette of over 50 colors of yarn that we keep in stock in our knitting facility, which may be viewed in our Sock Design Guide, that work perfectly for 99% of our clients. Just ask for samples from your Account Manager, and we will make sure we get you a match!
We can certainly accommodate orders that feature mismatched pairs. However, these orders have a minimum total quantity of 120 pairs. Since mismatched socks have 2 different designs, you have to meet our 60 pair minimum per design.
Yes! Our design team will provide you with a full deck of custom designs to fit your brand. Design, setup, and revisions are always free!

No. We want to make you the coolest sock possible! The price of the sock is based on the quantity.
We accept payment in the form of credit card, ACH transfer, or check. Any invoices over $4,000 will have an additional 3% credit card processing fee. To pay this you will need to contact us at (512) 981-6437. To avoid this fee, you can mail a check or pay through ACH bank transfer.
We ship out samples using USPS First Class Mail. That means around 2-4 business days for US addresses and 1-2 weeks for international addresses.
